Job Description
Director Footwear Quality Governance & Standards - NIKE Inc. - Beaverton OR. Establish clearly defined quality standards metrics and measurements for data analysis scoring and reporting and promote a culture of quality and performance improvements across Nike and with our partners. Drive the Product Integrity strategy across the organization. Balance priorities between internal and external partners to deploy the strategy and enable growth. Attend meetings with external partners internal team and other cross-functional partners. Focus on delivering the goals proactively creating a plan for the season at hand and driving toward longer-term priorities. Prepare the necessary tools visuals and analytics to deliver concise communication and a clear plan to partners. Interact closely with key functional partners in the Footwear Supply Chain Footwear Product Creation and teams within the new Product Integrity Team. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. except from AK AL AR DE HI IA ID IN KS KY LA MT ND NE NH NM NV OH OK RI SD VT WV and WY.
Must have a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering Engineering and 7 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in an operations-related occupation. Experience must include:
