The Account Manager will support the servicing and management of a book of commercial clients ensuring that all policy-related needs are met with accuracy and professionalism. The ideal candidate is organized eager to learn and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Assist with servicing a book of commercial insurance clients
Prepare quotes and process policy renewals and changes
Communicate with clients and insurance carriers regarding coverage details and policy updates
Maintain accurate and organized client records in internal systems
Support the team with administrative tasks and follow-up as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
Willingness to learn and pursue licensing in the insurance field
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
