Job Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned Key Account Manager to drive B2B corporate sales manage client relationships and support business expansion. This role is ideal for candidates from the vending (tea & coffee) industry who can deliver growth through strategic key account handling and excellent customer service.
Acquire and grow key corporate accounts
Retain and expand business with existing customers distributors and partners
Monitor account performance and achieve sales targets
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Handle pricing revisions payment follow-ups and post-sale support
Prepare reports quotes and contracts
Ensure customer satisfaction and gather market feedback
Graduate (any discipline)
Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales
Proven success in key account management
Strong interpersonal negotiation and problem-solving skills
Experience in vending industry (tea & coffee) is mandatory
