The Service Users Children and Young People with Learning Difficulties

What does Progression look like Once you have attained your Level 3 in Childrens Residential there is ample opportunity to move into Shift Lead and Team Leader roles.

Working Week and Pay

  • Base Salary: 24490 equivalent to 12.69 per hour
  • Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week
  • Sleep-in rate: 42per sleep
  • Sleeps: 8 to 10 sleeps per week
  • Total approx take home salary: 28522 to 29530

Holiday Entitlement: 30 days (including public holiday allowance) equating to 222 hours.

What you will need/Non-Negotiables

  • Experience: Experience working with children or young adults with disabilities
  • Driving Licence: Desirable but not essential
  • Fluent in English: Speaking and understanding different UK dialects
  • Min Age: 23
  • Right to Work in the UK Indefinitely (Individuals on Visa that expire within 3 years will not be considered. This role does not offer sponsorship)
