You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs Project Manager Cards you will play a vital role in driving our clients strategic program. Youll blend your expertise in both project management and cards solutions to guide projects from inception to completion. Your work will be central in ensuring the successful delivery of an end-to-end value proposition for consumer and business cards supporting international and domestic schemes in issuing and acquiring and EPI.
What will you do
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the development and management of comprehensive project plans.
Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management working closely with initiative owners and Business Program Managers.
Oversee project delivery for IT encompassing monitoring reporting and adapting an agile way of working (e.g. quarterly planning sprint cadences scrum-of-scrums).
Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting.
Proactively assess risks and manage issues to ensure smooth program progression.
Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively.
Assist with financial management including budget oversight and business case development.
Your skills & qualifications
7 years experience with demonstrated experience in managing complex projects or programs
Good knowledge Card Processing Systems including issuing & Payments
Working experience in Financial Services Sector
Strong knowledge Project Management methodologies (Agile Prince2 PMBok)
Proven leadership and excellent communicator
Diplomatic and strong stakeholder management skills
Structured approach and goal-oriented
Fluency in Dutch or French plus English
