Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $70000 to $90000 based on factors like experience qualifications and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical dental vision disability life insurance paid time off holidays 401(k) with employer contributions profit sharing and more.
