What Youll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot repair and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating cooling air conditioning furnaces boilers heat pumps ductwork ventilation).
- Deliver excellent customer service and build trust on every call.
- Identify opportunities for system upgrades IAQ products (e.g. air purifiers humidifiers dehumidifiers) or replacement systems including new HVAC installations.
- Present service options and provide recommendations tailored to customer needs.
- Generate estimates and close approved HVAC sales in the field.
- Complete detailed service reports using mobile tools/software

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (Type II or Universal)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset
