You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a Logistics Administrator for our Dallas TX warehouse.
Shift: 3pm start until the work is done Monday -Friday
Pay: $18 hr.
Benefits: Yes full benefits after 60 days!
What to expect:
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Functional knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees management customers and vendors both verbally and in written form.
Capacity to multi-task with speed and accuracy while prioritizing tasks and ability to maintain excellent organizational skills.
Use of proper PPE and company approved tools while remaining aware of possible hazards and maintaining a safe work environment.
Basic math interpersonal/team and reasoning skills
Ability to read understand and carry out written procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Three to five years experience in traffic office management or related area
Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment preferably in logistics.
Prior experience using systems such as Omnitracs.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on telephone and communicate clearly and concisely via email and company messaging system.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk hear and see. This employee is required to use a computer phone and/or electronic tablet screen for up to 80% of the working hours.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hand to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and lifting.
