Job Description
Jersey Mikes Subs - A Sub Above
Jersey Mikes Subs is looking for individuals with General Manager experience to join our leadership teams. We are looking for fun energetic and reliable individuals who can train with us to help lead a team of professionals in serving our awesome guests.
Travel for training may be required for this position. General Managers typically complete an 8-week training program during which time they may need to travel to Billings MT to work alongside other General Managers and District Managers. This hands-on training ensures youre fully prepared to lead your location with confidence and support.
Full-Time General Manager In Training:
$23.00 Per Hour GUARANTEED (Includes Tips)
Annual Equivalent (Guaranteed): $65000

Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old (Meat Slicer Operation)
Valid Drivers License
Must complete and obtain company-paid ServSafe Managers Certification within 30 days of hire.
Reliable Transportation
Familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Excellent verbal written and communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Physical: Must be able to work in any area of the restaurant when needed.
Position requires bending standing and walking the entire day. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule
Must be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Must enjoy bantering and interacting with others
Must demonstrate punctuality professionalism and integrity
Must demonstrate solid leadership characteristics
2 Years (Preferred) high-volume restaurant supervisory experience including some experience in a quick service or fast casual dining environment.
Additional Job Requirements:
General Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mikes store/operation including:
Store sales
Volume
Quality of service
Customer satisfaction
Profit margin
Create employee schedule
Place inventory orders
Lead employee training
Lead by example
Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
Specific tasks may be delegated to other individuals as appropriate but ultimate responsibility rests with the General Manager

Desire to improve self and skill sets
Able to communicate effectively with guests.
Participate in all of Jersey Mikes training programs
Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer
