WEEKLY PAY COMPANY VEHICLE AND GAS CARD PROVIDED!
Pay rate: $18/hr
Responsibilities
- Perform carpet cleaning floor care (including stripping waxing and buffing) window washing and construction cleaning.
- Ensure buildings are secure and complete work tickets for processing.
- Maintain the assigned company work vehicle and all equipment.
- Conduct janitorial cleaning tasks such as dusting sweeping mopping vacuuming trash removal and restroom cleaning during slower project seasons.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience in floor care including stripping waxing and buffing.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong time management skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Flexible availability with a typical start time of 4 PM Monday through Friday and weekends upon request.
