Job Description
Description of the role: The Title Clerk at Lunghamer Ford in Owosso MI will be responsible for processing vehicle titles accurately maintaining records and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Process vehicle titles and registrations
- Maintain accurate records of all title transactions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate with sales team DMV and other agencies regarding title paperwork
- Assist/cross train with other administrative tasks as needed
- Stock in vehicles
- Assist in answering main phone line
- Maintain records of vehicles transfers
- Process pay off checks
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in title processing required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in an open office concept
