Job Description
We are a fast-growing residential painting company known for high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. We are currently seeking experienced and reliable subcontractors to join our team and take on high-volume residential exterior and interior painting projects.
We are looking for a Residential Painting Subcontractor with a skilled crew to complete exterior and interior residential painting projects on time and with precision. This is a subcontractor roleideal for an established painting crew or business looking to grow and stay busy year-round. We have a consistent flow of projects and offer competitive pay with potential to earn up to $50000 per month depending on your crew size speed and quality.
- Complete assigned residential painting projects according to scope schedule and quality expectations.
- Prepare surfaces (scraping sanding power washing masking caulking priming).
- Apply paint stain or coatings using brushes rollers or sprayers.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Communicate with the project manager and homeowners professionally and clearly.
- Ensure all jobs are completed to company standards and local codes.
- Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience (exterior and/or interior).
- Must have your own crew tools ladders and reliable transportation.
- Ability to take on full houses and maintain a fast high-quality pace.
- Strong English-speaking skills (interviews will be conducted in English).
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to pass a background check if required.
- EIN (Employer Identification Number).
- General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million.
- Workers Compensation Insurance (if applicable based on your crew size and state laws).
- Reliable ongoing residential painting work.

Compensation: Per project or per house potential to exceed $200000/month with a high-performing crew.
