About Your Future Team
The CFO area is responsible for accounting tax financial and regulatory reporting for our growingbusiness. We have a central role in building state of the art FinTech products to empower our partnersand achieve success. We operate with the vision of establishing automated data-driven and scalableFinance and Regulatory Reporting processes. Currently we are looking for a talented Finance DataAnalyst who will be mainly responsible for financial reporting purposes technical accounting supportand data analysis and modelling.
Your Role
- You take a key role in the data preparation for Accounting Regulatory and Tax relatedreporting topics under HGB and IFRS
- You support the Finance / Accounting and Regulatory reporting teams in the maintenance andenhancement of the technical interfaces of their core systems (SAP OneSumX Sectras):maintain all connections and adhere to accurate data and the exchange of informationbetween platforms database and our report generators
- You collaborate closely with other departments as you take the role as an intermediatebetween the functional reporting teams and the technical Data teams
- You enable the functional teams to automate and improve financial processes in order toshorten time to close improve controls and reconciliations and ensure scalability as thebusiness grows further
- Additionally you support strategic projects from a technical finance perspective and addresse.g. new product implementations or partner onboardings

- You have a strong technical background regarding data preparation data processing and dataanalysis
- You are experienced in project driven environment and the maintenance and development ofsystem interfaces and the translation of functional requirements into data requirements
- You are very strong working with SQL Excel (e.g. power query VBA). SAP is a significantplus
- You have already obtained a strong understanding and practical experience of Finance andAccounting. Experience with banking industries is preferred.
- You would like to expand this experience in a dynamic fast-growing company and make asignificant contribution to the successful development and expansion of Solaris.
- You enjoy working independently but you are also a strong team player
- You have excellent communication skills and thrive on working with a large range ofstakeholders as well as working in a team and supporting team members in achievingtangible results and progress.
- Due to the international environment advanced English and German skills are required.
