Head Crew Coach
Brewster Academy an independent co-educational boarding and day school located in
Wolfeboro NH is currently pursuing head coaching candidates for the 2025-2026 school year.
Full-time faculty employment may be available in combination with the head crew coach
position.
Varsity Head Coach candidates must have the knowledge and ability to develop highlevel
athletes in the sport mustbe skilled at mentoring assistant coaches and be able to recruit
student-athletes through the Brewster admissions time teaching includes four
sections advising and may live in a dorm.

Qualifications
Candidates must have the knowledge and ability to teach techniques at the JV or Varsity level and be able to work collaboratively with other coaches in the program. Candidates also must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all constituents - including students parents colleagues and school administrators.
