About the role:
- Liaising and advising high profile clients investment banks private equity funds/corporations and other Australian & International financial institutions.
- Broad exposure across high-value corporate transactions to complex restructuring projects inc. real estate finance acquisition project finance and corporate finance.
The ideal candidate:
- Lawyer with at least 2-5 PQE and strong banking & finance experience.
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university underpinned by strong academic records.
