You will be reporting to the IT Manager
What you will do:
As a Junior IT Support you will work closely with the IT Manager to provide first-level technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of hardware software and networks. This is a hands-on on-site role designed to offer professional growth opportunities within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
More specifically you will:
- Respond to user queries via phone email and ticketing system offering prompt first-level technical support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops laptops printers and mobile devices.
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Support users with Google Workspace (Gmail Drive Docs Sheets etc.) and help manage the platform.
- Use simple Python scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks or support internal tools.
- Provide basic user training and assist in the creation of training materials.
- Support daily back-office tasks related to Supply Chain (e.g. SAP reports document handling Office/Google Sheets reports).
Requirements
- A degree preferably in Computer Science Telecommunications Networking.
- Entry level of experience in IT support or similar technical role (internship or project experience also considered).
- Familiarity with computer hardware/software and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
- Proficiency in using MS Office.
- Good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
- Eagerness to learn adapt and grow within an IT environment.
It will be an asset any experience in any of the following:
- Experience with Google Workspace tools.
- Experience in scripting with Python.
