  • 46670 per annum (pro rata for part time)
  • 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available

Your role and responsibilities

You will provide strong operational management and leadership to the Liquidlogic and ContrOCC team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing support and management of the adult and childrens social care and early help systems and portal applications
  • Managing the support centre where all calls for changes come in
  • Ensuring systems are kept up to date with the latest releases
  • Managing major and minor system upgrades including planning and testing processes
  • Resolving issues with system suppliers in a timely manner
  • Supporting users and managers across adults and childrens services in best practice of Liquidlogic
  • Leading super user groups and forums
  • Line managing the system support and development analysts within the team
  • Providing technical guidance and day-to-day support to the analysts
  • Line managing the project officers
  • Managing resources and resource planning

You will need

We hope youll bring significant technical knowledge of social care case recording systems and recording tools. Our ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience in managing upgrades of social care recording systems
  • Experience in business continuity processes and creating/managing test plans
  • Experience in managing operational teams including resource planning
