You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe 5* LowryHotel is recruiting for the exciting role of Housekeeping Supervisor.
You willreport directly into the Executive Housekeeper and are responsible forsupervising an amazing dynamic team. Your duties will entail assisting in thedaily running of the department by ensuring employees are consistently adheringto service delivery and departmental standards. To achieve this yourresponsibilities will involve checking arrivals and departure lists andpreparing the room lists for the Room Attendants then clearly communicatingthis at the start of shifts. You will also be responsible for checking bedroomsand ensuring that five-star standards are being met. This Supervisory role will also deal with anyproblems or complaints whilst on duty and assist with any guest requests.
The idealcandidate will have previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor and havesound leadership skills and effective training and coaching knowledge. You willalso be able to demonstrate effective communication skills as the role involvesliaising with all levels of colleagues management and guests. A pro-activeattitude with an eye for detail and being standards driven is essential.
