TorontoWhat you will do:
Reporting to the Director of UX & Design the Lead Content Deployment Specialist will play a key role in shaping compelling user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing and publishing assets across Cineplex digital platforms working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy original visually engaging accessible content across our digital products and services
- Manage and prioritize incoming content requests to meet timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with designers product owners marketers and developers to create seamless cohesive user experiences
- Ensure quality by conducting thorough content checks across devices browsers and screen sizes to confirm accurate display and functionality
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and content teams to align on strategy and execution
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education with focus on digital visual design and/or graphic design and/or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience with responsive B2C websites and mobile apps
- Working knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript; Front-end certification is a bonus
- Experience using a content management system (CMS) to publish and maintain web assets
- Awareness of web accessibility standards and how to apply them in content creation
- Familiarity with personalization and targeting tools like Adobe Target is a plus
- Demonstrated success working in a content publishing or digital design role in a fast-paced collaborative environment
