The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of FWCs under supervision of an Account Director or the Head of ADs. The Senior Account Manager excels in handling clients engage with clients on regular basis in order to develop its portfolio but also to seek feedback on the Agency performance. The Senior Account Manager works very closely with the designated project team in order to provide the client insights client feedback and the direction for ensuring client satisfaction. The Senior Account Manager is responsible of developing financial and technical offers defend those proposals and ensure compliance with contractual rules. The Senior Account Manager will respect imposed deadline and be at ease working under peak times. Under supervision of the AD or Head of ADs the Senior Account Manager will develop FWC activation plan put measures and actions in place to meet the KPIs and report regularly on financial and client satisfaction progresses. Finally the Senior Account manager will ensure timely delivery of final reports and collection of cash.

Requirements:
- Hold a bachelors degree
- Fluency in English
- Proven track record in account management
