Bullitt are currently recruiting for Full Time Reception staff
Reporting to the Front Office Manager the successful candidate will ensure the front desk operates in an organized manner pro-actively anticipate guest needs and deal with all guest enquires in a pleasant and efficient manner.
Essential Criteria:
- One years experience working in a similar administrative position.
- An understanding of the importance of quality guest service
- Excellent Communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Excellent Presentation and Interpersonal skills
- Effective Organisational Skills
- A good working knowledge of Front Office Systems and good IT skills
Desirable Criteria:
- One Years experience in a hotel reception

The rate of pay is 12.21 per hour.
