Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join this sales team based in York. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative company where you can contribute to providing the best service to your customers.

Responsibilities
- Guiding customers through the booking process face to face
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a friendly efficient and professional manner
- Engaging with the call to provide a great customer experience and maximising the conversion of sales
- Timely and accurate processing of orders
- Communicate to line management ideas of improvement
- Report to the Sales Team Manager any missing information/ date on the company systems or files
Qualifications
- Proven experience of working in a competitive sales and customer service environment and delivering to deadlines and targets
- Able to demonstrate an engaging and enthusiastic interest in travel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Telephone sales experience ideally inbound call handling.
