Secondment - (Senior) Brand Training Manager (m/f/d)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Berlin
About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Brand Training Manager responsible for Customer Engagement Training for one or more brands business units or therapeutic areas. In this role you will:
Conduct product and customer engagement training for new and existing colleagues.
Act as a strategic partner for brand management and develop and deliver training services to support product launches and other business-related initiatives.
Serve as a regional subject matter expert for assigned brands and understand local training needs.
Develop translate and localize training content and oversee the approval and certification of training materials.
Lead and implement training programs in line with business strategies and the needs of business units.
About you:
Bachelors degree - mandatory in a scientific field Any scientific background is mandatory as the role will be focused on scientific topics to be trained.
Several years of experience as a sales representative trainer or in a similar role.
Excellent training delivery presentation and facilitation skills both in-person and virtually.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Passion for innovation and new approaches.
English and German proficiency: Ability to speak and present in English and German in a business environment.
