Job Title: Business Account Executive
Location: Tyler TX
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Commissions

Join our dynamic outside sales team as a B2B Business Account Executive where your communication and sales skills will help drive new business and grow our customer base. Whether youre an experienced salesperson or a recent graduate we offer comprehensive training in our cutting-edge cloud and fiber-optic network solutions. With mentorship and support youll have the opportunity to fast-track your career in technology and sales-with clear advancement goals set within your first 6 18 months.

  • Perseverance & Productivity Ability to overcome objections and consistently close deals

  • Account & Time Management Manage a full pipeline and prioritize effectively

  • Communication Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication

  • Organization Efficient recordkeeping CRM updates and documentation

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Prospect through cold calls networking and social media

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with local and regional businesses

  • Presentations: Create and deliver customized pitches for internet data UCaaS and private network services

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records update your sales funnel and complete necessary paperwork

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports and revenue projections

  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections negotiate pricing and terms and close sales

  • Internal Collaboration: Provide feedback to internal teams to support product and service improvements
