Overview
The Talent Acquisition / HR Recruiter - End to End plays a crucial role in our organization by managing the entire recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding. This position is vital for aligning our talent acquisition strategies with the company s business goals and ensuring we attract high-quality candidates who are not only a good fit technically but also culturally. As the first point of contact for potential candidates the HR Recruiter embodies the companys values and helps create a positive candidate experience. The role requires a proactive approach to sourcing screening and interviewing applicants while maintaining effective communication with hiring managers and stakeholders. In addition to filling positions the recruiter will continuously evaluate and improve our recruitment processes to create efficiencies and ensure compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Implement end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards social media and professional networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their talent needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews providing timely feedback to candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Negotiate job offers compensation packages and other employment terms with candidates.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and talent management strategies.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and networking events.
- Provide insights on market trends to update recruitment strategies.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification of candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Continuously review and refine hiring processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and engage candidates effectively.
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented approach to candidate screening and tracking.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
