Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles
- Identify potential candidates using various sources such as job portals social media and professional networks
- Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Establish strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs
- Support the onboarding process for new employees
- Stay updated with industry trends and best recruitment practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR Business Management or a related field (Preference for 2023-2024 graduates)
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
