Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Wilmington DE with 1 hour of unpaid lunch

As a Customer Support Specialist youll be the vital link between users and this groundbreaking platform providing exceptional phone-based support during a critical launch period. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow with a scaling startup while mastering diverse support functions from technical troubleshooting to sales opportunities. Youll work with cutting-edge technology support both customers and service providers and play a key role in ensuring user satisfaction as the platform gains momentum in the marketplace.
Provide expert phone support to app users and independent contractors navigating the platform
Guide customers through app features functionality and optimal usage strategies
Efficiently resolve password resets account issues and technical troubleshooting requests
Assist users with service booking processes and platform navigation
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
Master the apps functionality through hands-on experience and continuous learning
Collaborate with internal teams using company tools processes and workflow systems
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams when necessary
Proven experience as a customer support agent or specialist in a professional environment
Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
Availability to work US Eastern Time zone hours
Strong aptitude for learning new technology platforms and mobile applications quickly
Ability to efficiently manage multiple types of customer inquiries simultaneously
Enthusiasm for completing comprehensive 1-2 week onboarding and training program
Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving processes
Experience supporting both B2B and B2C customer bases preferred
