Job Description
- Administer and monitor projects by controlling and achieving from the perspective of cost quality schedule and benefits.
- Develop and implement project management with the best practices and standards to ensure successful product/project delivery.
- Functional management and leadership of the Project Management Department.
- Build team cohesion and direct the department to meet individual and team objectives.
- Oversee and improve policies procedures systems and deliveries of the Project Management Department.
- Define and embed project control and governance frameworks.
- Lead the project management risk management function.
- Drive continuous improvements in project deliveries processes and guidance.
- Ensure the effective execution of the PM Department s strategy responsibilities services and deliverables.
- Support and guide the department in project planning milestone management scope
- management resource forecasting financial management and change management.
- Prepare and deliver timely and effective reports to all levels of the organization.
- Ensure efficient change control methods and processes are applied.
- Manage and coordinate cross-programme dependencies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager in the IT/software development industry.
- Bachelor s degree in Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Technical background in software development with hands-on experience in delivering technical projects.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven leadership capabilities.
