- Design develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts for both functional and non-functional testing (e.g. performance security scalability).
- Collaborate with developers product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Review system specifications and ensure effective coverage of both functional and non- functional criteria.
- Identify document and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Lead performance testing initiatives using tools such as JMeter LoadRunner Playwright or similar and analyze test results to provide actionable insights.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA with strong skills in functional and UI testing.
- Practical understanding of Agile methodologies and QA practices in a software engineering context.
- Experience in writing and maintaining test documentation including test cases test data and validation scenarios.
- Proficient in bug tracking and reporting using tools such as JIRA.
- Prior experience in error analysis and troubleshooting application/environment issues.
