Job Description
Job Title: SAP SAM Functional Consultant
Location: 100 Remote
Interview: 1 Step
Duration: 6 Months
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP SAM (Service and Asset Manager) Functional Consultant to join a high-impact Rapid Action Team supporting SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance. This role will involve troubleshooting Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues enhancing PM functionality and collaborating closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues related to SAP SAM including training access provisioning syncing and parameter validation.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
- Design configure test and roll out enhancements to SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Lead Analyst and ABAP/Fiori Developer as part of a 3-person Rapid Action Team.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to review progress and align on current priorities.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SAM (Service and Asset Manager).
- Solid functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional access training and provisioning issues.
- Experience improving SAP access provisioning user sync and related configurations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
