Job Description
JD-
Must have skills
- Strong experience in data modeling ETL/ELT pipelines and data lake design
- Proficient in Apache Spark NoSQL databases and SQL/Python for data transformation
- Cloud expertise on AWS or Azure especially services like S3 Glue Redshift Databricks Synapse
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and vice versa
- Strong communication skills should be comfortable presenting to leadership and product teams
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and collaborate with business stakeholders
Nice to have skills
- Experience working in wealth management asset management or banking environments
- Knowledge of data governance metadata management and data quality practices
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI Azure OpenAI etc. into business applications
- Familiarity with building Copilot-style interfaces for internal users (code assistants knowledge bots etc.
- Understanding of prompt engineering embeddings retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and NLP
