Job Description
Job Title - OTC lead
Location - PAN India
Experience - 6 8 years
Notice - Immediate to 15 days
Requirements:
- Oracle Order Management Cloud certification highly desirable.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in Oracle to cash business process including Cloud Modules such as Order Management Pricing Global Order promising Inventory and Costing.
- Must understand Sales Order Management business requirements and map requirements to Order Cloud functionality.
- Should have strong track record to execute the RCA on P1 P2 tickets and build permanent fix for critical issues.
- Should have good knowledge on handling Edi integration with 3rd party applications relevant to Order Management processes
- Should have strong knowledge on Oracle Cloud OM Integration with Various WMS systems and ability to identify the integration issues.
- Should have strong OTBI and BIP skills to develop reports.
- Must deliver/review functional specifications documentations for RICEW.
- Write/Review business requirement documents for reports interfaces data conversion and application extensions.
- Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customers objectives by combining industry best practices product knowledge and business acumen.
- Should handle the data mapping and fill in FBDI documents to support the migrations to Oracle order management Cloud modules from Legacy systems.
- Responsible for creating and implementing innovative solutions with industry-wide impact.
- Enables business development efforts by providing subject matter expertise Resolves very complex customer escalations.
- Any university bachelors/Masters degree.
