Job Description
Position- Product Owner (Mandatory Strong on Capital Markets)
Experience- 12 Yrs
Location- Pune/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Chennai/Gurgaon
Product Owner- Data & Securities
Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience as a product owner senior business or data analyst or similar role in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of data models & data analytics data integration and database design concepts
- Experience of working on ServiceNow workflow solutions and awareness of ServiceNow workflow features is desirable.
- Good knowledge of Markets & Securities Services Operations and/or Financial Services operations.
- Experience of being involved in and managed successful delivery of large and complex operational change from initiation to deployment.
- Customer centric mindset with focus on delivering high impact solutions
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc. and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams to facilitate discussions and negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect data capabilities with business goals
- Ability to lead without authority influencing cross functional teams to delivery business value.
- Strong experience with requirements management tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence MS Visio)
- Experience in leveraging available and emerging best in class technologies to benefit the wider change agenda and tenacity to find solutions to complex problems.
