Were growing - and were looking to hire Client acquisition Manager This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of our business development function and shape the companys sales strategy from the ground up.


What Youll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify and source new clients and projects through top B2B platforms including:

  • Upwork Fiverr PeoplePerHour GoodFirms and others.

  • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lusha to build high-quality lead lists.

  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns via cold emails LinkedIn messages and platform proposals.

Targeting Europe & Gulf Markets

  • Use your understanding of European and Gulf region markets to discover high-potential sectors for tech hiring (e.g. SaaS Fintech Engineering Startups Digital Agencies).

  • Stay updated on regional trends and business needs to align services with market demand.

Client Relationship Building

  • Own the full sales funnel - from prospecting and pitching to follow-ups and closing deals.

  • Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Proposals Negotiations & Reporting

  • Prepare custom proposals and presentations aligned with client requirements.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with a win-win mindset.

  • Maintain CRM records and generate regular performance reports.


What Were Looking For

  • 2 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development ideally in technical recruitment IT services or staff augmentation.

  • Ready to work in Gulf / European Shifts

  • Strong experience using freelance/B2B platforms to win projects and acquire clients.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator lead sing tools and outbound outreach campaigns.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote entrepreneurial environment.

  • Excellent communication proposal writing and negotiation skills.

  • A hunger for results and the grit to pursue targets independently.

Compensation & Incentives
