Job Description

Location: Hyderabad India
Experience: 10 12 Years (Extensive Enterprise Sales experience with significant leadership in the Public Sector)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reports To: Head of Sales

We seek a dynamic and visionary sales leader to lead public sector and impact organization sales. As VP Public Services Enterprise Sales you will drive platform adoption in government PSU and impact sectors. You will be responsible for strategic sales leadership CXO-level engagement ecosystem development and team management helping the organization scale nationally and globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales Leadership &

  • Define and implement sales strategies targeting government bodies PSUs and impact organizations.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting stakeholder engagement proposal development negotiation and closure.

  • Translate organizational vision into executable market penetration and growth plans.

2. High-Level Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Engage with C-suite and Board-level decision-makers across public and impact sectors.

  • Be a trusted advisor by aligning the platforms capabilities with sector-specific challenges (e.g. rural development agri-productivity).

  • Position Organizations platform as a transformative PaaS solution enhancing digital services and community outcomes.

3. Ecosystem Partnership & Business Development

  • Build alliances with foundations NGOs CSR arms and multilateral stakeholders in agri and rural development.

  • Promote the white-labeled/standard PaaS offering at state and national levels.

  • Drive awareness and adoption through strategic demos roadshows and presentations.

4. Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Recruit manage and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team.

  • Encourage innovation in sales approaches and customer solutions.

  • Align team efforts with broader organizational goals.

5. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Track public sector developments policies and funding patterns in AgTech and rural transformation.

  • Offer market insights to shape product and go-to-market strategies.

  • Represent Client at industry forums through whitepapers case studies and panel discussions.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 15 years in enterprise/solution sales with significant success in government and impact sectors.

  • Strong network across ministries departments PSUs NGOs and CSR stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in selling high-value technology/SaaS solutions to public clients.

  • Exceptional negotiation influence and relationship-building skills at the CXO level.

  • Ability to operate autonomously handle multiple priorities and thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset; experience in using data to optimize strategy and performance.

  • MBA/PGDM in Sales Marketing or Public Policy preferred.
