Job Title: MIG Welder
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Shift: Monday Saturday 7:00 AM 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled MIG welding to fabricate steel frames and building components
Use tools such as 7 grinders sers and gougers to produce high-quality finished parts
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures protocols and company policies
Must-Have Qualifications
Some experience with MIG welding
Familiarity with basic welding techniques and a willingness to learn and improve
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending squatting kneeling and standing for extended periods
Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
Welding certifications are a plus but not required
