Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the charge for our Club Division. This key role is responsible for driving revenue growth leading a high-performing sales team and ensuring our products and services reach the right clients with impact and efficiency.
As Vice President of Sales youll manage and support our Senior Territory Managers Business Development Manager Solution Consultant Manager and Sales Administrator. Youll work closely with leaders across the organization to achieve both sales targets and customer retention goals. This role reports directly to our Chief Sales Officer.

Additional Information :
The on-target earnings (OTE) for this role is $166800 - $300000 per year. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
