We are seeking a highly skilled FreeSWITCH Expert with experience in Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and integration with Webhooks and Google Dialogflow.---
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telephony systems and interwork (PSTN to enterprise) SIP and a proven track record of implementing and managing complex IVR solutions.
You will play a critical role in designing developing and maintaining our telecommunication infrastructure ensuring seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement FreeSwitch based feature content for an existing IVR and Contact Centre solution including the standing-up of the required cloud-based infrastructure.
- Work with an extended team of stakeholders to define/refine requirements assess operational feasibility and drive the idea-to-in-service cycle.
- Assume primeship of the existing Freeswitch based IVR services for stores and upcoming contact centre deployment.
- Debug end-to-end voice/IVR issues in the PSTN and cloud environments.
About you:
- We are seeking the right individual who has a proven track record of Freeswitch based development coupled with a deep understanding of SIP call flows and a familiarity with contact centers.
- You should be comfortable with the different segments of customer to agent dialogue over multiple modalities such as web chat SMS and voice.
- Communicating concepts designs and proposals in writing with diagrams and verbally should be second nature to you work practice.
- Creativity and inventiveness should be evident in your approach to problem solving.
- You work well within a team and freely share your expertise and insight with your extended team members.
- Previous experience with Avaya Contact Centers Salesforce Google DialogFlow and Webhooks are considered an asset.
- You have a natural sense of critical thinking when it comes to problem debugging.
Qualifications :
- Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience working with FreeSWITCH and IVR systems.
- Proven experience in integrating telephony and CRM solutions preferably Avaya and salesforce.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP RTP) and telephony systems. Proficiency in FreeSWITCH including module development and configuration.
- Experience with IVR design and development including voice scripting and call flow design. Familiarity with salesforce CRM solutions and integration best practices.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C C Python (must have).
- Other Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in FreeSWITCH Avaya or other voice-centric technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based telephony solutions especially (GCP) and SIP trunking providers.
- Knowledge of additional telephony platforms
