As a Financial Analyst at Achieve you will play a crucial role in supporting our Business Unit Finance Managers. You will immerse yourself in daily business operations assist in financial planning and analyze KPI trends. Your expertise will allow you to craft detailed reports that provide actionable insights and drive business outcomes ensuring transparency and enhancing decision-making for senior leadership. Your contributions will be vital in implementing business strategies effectively and aligning them with Achieves operational goals and strategic vision. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys detailed financial analysis solving complex problems and synthesizing data into actionable insights.
What Youll Do:
- Support Business Unit Finance Managers in forecasting and annual planning
- Develop and refine financial models that tie user-level metrics to P&L outcomes
- Monitor and analyze financial data and KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for the business
- Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to senior leadership
- Collaborate across functions to develop long-range financial plans ensuring alignment with Achieves strategic goals
Qualifications :
What Youll Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in Investment Banking Consulting FP&A or a similar function; experience in the Lending space is a plus
- BA/BS in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field
- Strong foundational skills in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience supporting project management workstreams
- Background in Finance Business Operations or a related field
- Excellent communication teamwork organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability to quickly respond to changing business needs and complex environments
- Critical thinking and ability to investigate financial models and offer thoughtful insights/improvements

Work from home/hybrid:
We are proudly offering hybrid options in the San Mateo CA and Phoenix AZ metro market. In other locations throughout the country we offer work from home like: TX UT NV WA.
Salary Range: $80000 to $95000 annually bonus benefits.
