Your Influential Mission: You Will
- Support the administration and analysis of global compensation and benefits programs including bonus schemes recognition initiatives and retention plans in alignment with Budget and Forecasting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures.
- Collaborate with local and global Finance & People & Culture teams to align benefits offerings with local regulations and business needs and prepare costing analysis per location.
- Collaborate with senior management to review performance targets and achievements ensuring compensation strategies and performance plans are tailored to support evolving business objectives.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support annual pay reviews budgeting and strategic planning.
- Maintain and update compensation and benefits data in Finance systems and tools.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of compensation schemes calculation.
- Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance reward strategies.
Qualifications :
Components for Success: You
- Academic Background in Business Finance Economics or Mathematics.
- Have experience in Compensation & Benefits Finance Audit ideally in a European or international context.
- Are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident working with large datasets (an Excel test will be part of the process).
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Are familiar with Finance and Budgeting HRIS or benefits systems.
- Understanding of payroll processes. Knowledge of multiple locations specifics would be considered an advantage.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership fostering alignment on compensation strategies and performance planning.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality professionalism and organizational skills.
- Have a proactive can-do attitude and a passion for excellence.
- Thrive both independently and in a team taking ownership and delivering results aligned with business goals.
- Adapt quickly in a fast-paced dynamic global environment.
