Job Description

The Opportunity

As our Mobility Coach Lead youll ignite impact across every CFUF programfrom Economic Success and Baltimore Responsible Fatherhood Services to Baltimore 2Genby driving strategic leadership streamlining operations and delivering handson coaching that empowers our members to theMobility Coach Lead youll provide strategic leadership and hands-on support to the mobility team ensuring collective success.

What to Expect from This Opportunity

Impact on Program Management

  • Coach & Empower: Colead and energize our All-In Mobility coaching team with handson support and clear guidance.
  • Drive Results: Monitor KPIs and service goals ensuring the team consistently hits targets.
  • Ensure Quality: Review documentation weekly and perform monthly caserecord audits to maintain toptier compliance.
  • Fuel Growth: Host weekly huddles and oneonone checkinsoffering actionfocused feedback celebrating wins and mapping clear next steps.
  • Hire & Onboard: Lead the recruitment selection and seamless onboarding of new Mobility Coaches.
  • Deepen Expertise: Champion the Empath coaching modelcontributing to module development and rolling out dynamic projects.
  • Share Best Practices: Stay on the cutting edge of casemanagement trends and spark team learning with interactive trainings (roleplays simulations discussions and more).
  • Collaborate & Connect: Liaise with community partners support workforce-aligned coaching and back the in building vital service linkages.
  • Manage Logistics: Track staff training schedules grant deliverables and assist with semiannual and annual performance reviews.
  • Lead with Purpose: Facilitate monthly team meetingscrafting agendas capturing notes and driving followup actions.

  • Assess & Strategize: Guide members through dynamic assessments to pinpoint employment support service and casemanagement needs.
  • Caseload Champion: Oversee and invigorate coaches caseloadsensuring every member gets the right mix of guidance and encouragement.
  • StrengthBased Coaching: Partner with members to set bold personcentered goals boost selfconfidence and advance through our Empath model.
  • Flawless Documentation: Capture every member interaction with precision meetingand exceedingcompliance standards.
  • Placement Support: Collaborate with coaches to spark creative ideas follow up and secure lasting employment placements for members.
  • Team Collaboration: Fuel caseconferencing sessions to share insights and elevate member care coordination.
  • Resource Connector: Link members to crucial internal and external supportshousing childcare counseling legal aid and moreto clear barriers to success.
  • Workforce Partnership: Team up with Employment Specialists to celebrate wins troubleshoot challenges and keep members thriving on the job or in training.
  • Progress Tracking: Monitor member milestones through ongoing assessments and tailored supportiveservice plans.
  • Community Builder: Drive outreach and forge partnershipsdelivering engaging presentations to expand our impact.
  • Quality Assurance: Take part in scheduled case audits and pitch in on special projects outside standard hours when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Human Services or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 5 years in case management family support or similar role
  • 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position

  • Deep knowledge of workforce development responsible fatherhood family services and supports for disadvantaged individuals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook Teams Word PowerPoint) and data management systems
  • Familiarity with community service agencies and resources for underserved communities
  • Handson experience delivering direct services
  • Strong time management organizational writing and communication abilities
  • Comfort working in a fastpaced team environment
  • Willingness to travel and attend offsite meetings
  • Resourceful resilient and tenacious with high integrity and passion for CFUFs mission of equity and economic opportunity

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PMthis position offers one day of remote work per week
