Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Evaluation Paralegal to join our team on-site in our Burbank office. The ideal candidate will have 12 years of experience in employment litigation or pre-litigation. In this critical role youll be responsible for reviewing intake files speaking with clients evaluating the legal strength of potential claims and drafting clear recommendations for attorney review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze intake files and identify potential employment law violations damages and liability.
- Conduct client interviews to gather and clarify critical facts.
- Assess claim viability and prepare written case evaluations.
- Make clear well-supported recommendations to attorneys.
- Collaborate with attorneys during the case underwriting process.
- Communicate with clients professionally and compassionately.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in the case management system.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in employment law litigation support or pre-litigation evaluation.
- Bachelors degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- Excellent writing critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
