We are currently looking for a new colleague to lead Billing Engineering Team which is responsible for core electricity accounting and billing system which includes all related processes (e.g. contracts consumption billing various calculations integrations with other systems). You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Managing and leading a team of employees including effective people management (one-on-ones coaching career development)
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of new functionalities
- Focusing on creating high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Ensuring the sustainable development of IT systems in line with evolving business needs
- Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles as they arise
- Coaching team members in Agile frameworks and teaching Scrum practices and principles
- Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration
- Managing vendor delivery and priorities
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in IT systems development
- 3 years of experience managing a team (6-12 direct reports) of IT development-related specialists
- Strong communication excellent organization negotiation and time management skills
- Strategic thinking creativity and leadership qualities with the ability to manage large volumes of information simultaneously
- Driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
- Experience with task management tools (Jira and similar)
- Experience working with an external IT system development team
Would be an advantage:
- Strong technical background working in software engineering roles
- Advanced experience of Agile IT delivery management frameworks tools e.g.: Kanban Scrum or other
- Stakeholders management
