Main job purpose: The Construction Manager will be responsible for Project and Construction management Quality management Design Management Testing & Commissioning and Handover.
Responsibilities:
- Interior Works execution
- Support to Landscape and External Works
- Quality management of Interior Works
- Supports design development of Landscape Works
- Supports Planning Team in Schedule Management
- Faade works execution
- Inspects quality of Material and Specification.
- Interfaces with multiple stakeholders on Clients team. Ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications :
- 15 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
- Experience on Project and Construction Management Quality Management Design Management Handover.
MSP MS Office Auto CAD drawing review. - Exposure in Commercial Projects specialty in Interior Works
- B.E/ - Civil
- Good knowledge of all methods of construction/project management
- Proven construction/project management experience ideally within a consultancy environment
