Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and drivenRelationship Manager Salesto join our team atJP Nagar. In this role you will be responsible forgenerating sales managing client relationships and driving business growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring exceptional customer experience from the initial interaction to final delivery.
The role involvesconverting leads into sales coordinating with design and project teams and ensuring seamless execution of client requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience insales client relationship management or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and deliver within timelines.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client concerns effectively.
- Exposure to theinterior design real estate or home furnishing industryis an added advantage.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field preferred.
- Drivesales conversionsby engaging with walk-in customers and handling incoming leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
