Job Description
Neurosurgery NP/PA (Advanced Practice Provider) position for inpatient and outpatient practice managing vascular cranial and spine neurosurgical patients. Consists of inpatient and clinic management OR first assist and first call including stroke response. In-house call shifts approximately once per week covering days and nights with post-call day off. Opportunities to participate in research and education available. Neurosurgery experience preferred new grads will be considered with ideal qualifications.

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner:Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current FL(removed RN) APRN license and certification as a FNP ANP ACNP.
Physician Assistant:Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications:
Active BLS and ACLS (remove ACLS) certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
