Job Description

CyberArk is seeking a dynamic VP Solution Sales Workforce& IGA to drive global growth in our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Workforce solutions. This leader will define and execute a go-to-market strategy build and lead a high-performing sales team and strengthen CyberArk as the market leader in unified Workforce and IGA security.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive solution sales strategy for Workforce & IGA solutions aligned with CyberArks growth objectives.

Build mentor and lead a high-performing global solution sales team fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline; drive both direct sales and channel partnerships to maximize market reach.

Articulate the value of CyberArks IGA and Workforce offerings to C-level executives tailoring solutions to address client pain points and regulatory needs.

Leverage deep industry knowledge to navigate complex consultative sales cycles and close high-value deals.

Monitor customer partner and competitor activity providing strategic feedback to product and executive teams to inform go-to-market plans.

Represent CyberArk at industry events webinars and thought leadership forums to elevate brand presence and generate qualified leads.

Provide regular reporting on sales performance forecasts and market trends to executive leadership.

Qualifications :

Proven executive sales leadership experience in cybersecurity with a focus on identity governance workforce solutions and broader Identity Security space.

Deep understanding of the IGA Workforce and the broader Identity Security market dynamics competitive landscape and selling methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing sales teams set vision and KPIs and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to craft compelling value propositions for enterprise clients.

Experience with SaaS and subscription-based business models.

Established network of C-level contacts in target markets.

Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Willingness to travel globally as needed.

The salary range for this position is $195000 $275000/year plus commissions or discretionary bonus which will be based on the employees performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical dental vision financial and other benefits.
