The hours for this position are Monday thru Thursday 9:45 AM - 2:45 PM. The shift may vary need to cover for the Admin Operations Coordinator when out of the office. The hours would then be 10 AM - 8 PM Monday thru Thursday and 9:00 AM to noon on Friday.
The Patient Services Representative reflects the mission vision and values of NM adheres to the organizations Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program and complies with all relevant policies procedures guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Patient Services Representative performs customer service functions in the medical practice office. This position ensures highest level of customer service is provided to the patients and company representatives over the phone and in person. The Patient Services Rep also performs business office duties.
