This team is responsible for performing limited electronic electromechanical mechanical and support production assembly tasks. These tasks are repetitive in nature and involve building and assembling routine units. Team members determine and follow methods and sequences of operations for assembling cables soldering bonding testing standard troubleshooting and manufacturing transducers.

Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Perform routine tasks in Product Assembly bonding potting mixing epoxy installing covers and other plastic/metal components.
Reading blueprints diagrams or established operations practices to assemble and install various probe components.
Perform solder touch-up or solder of parts as a secondary operation.
Complete other duties as assigned and possibly to other areas: Wiring Epoxy Final Assembly/Lensing.
Handle small delicate parts with a high degree of accuracy to perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly.
Follow method sheets to ensure documented and controlled processes are followed to assemble various electronic components.
Perform a variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations by using common hand tools such as: Wire strippers wrenches screwdrivers plyers and using small hand tools and soldering equipment.
May operate automatic and semi-automatic assembly/production equipment.
Organized work independently and ability to work in fast paced environments.
Able to sit and work under a microscope for extended periods of time.
Experience with hand soldering and using a microscope preferred.

Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Must have good hand eye coordination while using a microscope.
Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods of time and complete tasks using a microscope.
The ability to follow both verbal and written instructions along with strong communication skills.
Capability to use a computer and enter accurate data. Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
Being flexible to changing needs of the business and department and will work overtime as needed.
Demonstrated ability to perform precise hands-on tasks with accuracy and control.
Highly organized self-managed individual who works independently and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
