What Youll Do:
Process review and approve payroll for all employees ensuring every detail is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaborate closely with HR to gather verify and reconcile payroll data swiftly resolving discrepancies and maintaining meticulous records.
Master Paycom software to handle every aspect of payrollfrom data entry and updates to complex reporting and analytics.
Serve as the go-to resource for employee questions about payroll deductions and timekeeping delivering prompt and friendly support.
Assist with a variety of HR projects including audits benefits administration compliance initiatives and more.
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive payroll and employee information.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in payroll processing with hands-on knowledge of Paycom.
Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for catching and correcting errors quickly.
Strong organizational and time management skillsyou thrive under deadlines and can juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to partner effectively with HR and other departments.
Discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) as well as Google Docs Sheets and other applicaitons
Additional Details:
Full-time on-site role.
